Just found this project and it looks mature and feature packed.

I have a question about privacy.

My back story. A couple of years go I abandoned Akaunting as I was shocked to discover the self hosted version was gathering user account details which were then being used to send emails to my users directly. I created a ticket about this but it was deleted so I cannot link to it for context. Because this data extraction was undeclared along with the the way my ticket was handled I felt I could not trust that project.

So my question is on privacy. Does Bigcapital harvest any data from the self hosted instances and is there any kind of policy/commitment on privacy?
