Update metadata.json dependencies of stdlib and concat

Current dependencies list in metadata.json require
versions of stdlib and concat modules <5.0.0,
but actual versions of stdlib is 6.2.0 and for concat is also 6.2.0
Please update metadata.json to require < 7.0.0
