can't get Multi Project to work

Hi,

thanks for this awesome tool.

I get basic working with kilo code, but when I try to go multi project, Bifrost does not pick up the bifrost.config.json in the project root.

I tried restarting VS Code, Stopping/Starting BifrostMCP - it only says MCP Server listening on Port 8008

No output in the projects output

Any ideas?

When you say multi project, do you mean 2 vscode instances open or a vscode workspace that opens 2 directories in 1 vscode instance?
