Phase II: gDR integration

• Identify a PSet with appropriate control data to be input at the start of the gDR pipeline
• Add the control data to the LongTable object in this PSet and test that coercion to gDR format works correctly
• Ensure LongTable -> SummarizedExperiment coercion is compatible with all steps of gDR pipeline
• Visualize the results of the gDR pipeline with gDRviz
• Work with Genentech to test database integration of PSet to their database via gDR pipeline and REST API
