How to have "autoreload" checkbox checked by default ?

At first, thanks fer this nice code. All work fine here !!
Now, I would like to have the "autoreload" feature running at the start of the page.

How to have this checkbox checked when the page is loaded ??

Other question:
How to have the menu panel (at right) not open by default.
When the page is loaded, I would like the right menu hidden or closed.
