Clicking on a new page should scroll to top

Describe the issue

I'm reading the new book at https://bevy.org/learn/book/intro/, and as I am reading I am scrolling down. When I click on a new page in the table of contents however, the page is not scrolled to the top, making me scroll up manually.

Clicking on a new page in the book should scroll you to the top.

Hmm. It isnt doing this on my mobile firefox or chrome at the least. Will double check later on my PC firefox and chromium.
