Fix Documentation for HDOP

Documentation in https://betaflight.com/docs/development/telemetry and https://betaflight.com/docs/wiki/guides/current/gps-rescue-v4-5 refer to hdop while with PR 13477 it was changed to PDOP see betaflight/betaflight#13477 . Please correct accordingly.
