IVR Benchmark: Add a link or navigation option to the main header

Summary

Since we are going to develop an IVR benchmark, we want to be able to navigate between it and the nlp benchmark easily. For that, we want either:

• A navigation menu between benchmarks (leaving room for future ones)
• A link on the header to go to the new benchmark page.
