Automate forgotten CMD/ENTRYPOINT instruction check

Assuming Kubernetes behaves in a certain way if there is no CMD and no ENTRYPOINT (not in the Dockerfile, not in the FROM image and not in the Kubernetes definition, detect that case and tell the user that there is no CMD and no ENTRYPOINT.
