Add a "newest blog posts" section

Add a section to the homepage that highlights the two or three newest blog posts with their title and potentially the description.
Pull data from the blog's rss feed.

I played around a bit with this in golang, was pretty simple. I will maybe whip up a quick Svelte compatible version soon. I guess the three most recent posts or something like that makes sense. Not exactly sure where the best place to put them on the homepage would be, though.
