Build fails when no "distribution dependent variables" files are found

Hello,

I just wanted to report that the "Include distribution dependent variables" task fails when you don't have any configuration file matching the patterns of the rules.

I fixed it on Debian 10 by adding an empty Debian.yml in my Playbook folder.

I believe you could "ignore errors" on this.
