multi-search selection for locations

replace current location selection with multi-search (similar to github selectors on issues). see #216
in default view, all locations should be checked, + ability to clear all.

This is nice. One addition -- results should automatically refresh when locations are added/removed (now they remain static and the a new search is not triggered until another parameter is changed)
