Redirect to same search filter results after redirection

When a user has maxed out the reservation request quota, he/she is redirected to the nooks-search page with a flash notification. But the filters are reset. This works same for other use cases also.

We need a functionality where the filters are saved and relevant results are displayed after redirection.

@arkokoley when I search for Aug 23 2pm-4pm, try to make a reservation and get redirected with a flash notification, the time autopopulates correctly but the selected date is Aug 22. Is this what you're seeing as well?

If you are using chrome, Can you go to the application tab in chrome dev tools, and post the localstorage entry for the key - "form".

That will be useful.

Also de-prioritizing this. Will be tackling the UI issues first.

When the flash notification appears, form is undefined in localStorage. The value from the first (successful) reservation is: "{"location_ids":["3","2","1"],"time_range":{"start":36000,"end":43200},"days":["2017-08-30"],"nook_capacity":"0","amenities":["",""],"nook_types":[]}"

Additionally, after the failed reservation, although the time is populated correctly, when I click to make a reservation it autofills as though I've selected "Any"
