401 error and passphrase

I'm getting ERR_BAD_REQUEST Request failed with status code 401 AxiosError: Request failed with status code 401 when loading await coinbaseApi.rest.account.listAccounts() and wonder what the cause could be:

• Is the apiSecret supposed to be passed with line breaks or with \\n?
• UI for key generation on https://cloud.coinbase.com/access/api / https://portal.cloud.coinbase.com/access/api (same UI, just different background color for some reason) doesn't have the passphrase entry field at all
• Could this mean that I've allow-listed the wrong IP address? I used one from https://www.whatismyip.com/
• I don't have access to https://exchange.coinbase.com/ perhaps due to geo-blocking - is that the place to create working API keys with passphrase?

I'm ready to give up and move onto Binance as Coinbase has been such a terrible mess in everything starting from UI to documentation and latency / uptime 😥
