Swagger HTTPS error

Have run docker-compose up -d cvspot-api-spec, after that able to reach Swagger UI on localhost:4005

But, unable to reach endpoint localhost:4005/health either with http and https

Firefox error: TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.

Chrome Error: TypeError: Failed to fetch

Curl Error: curl: (35) error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number
