Borehole depth < depth(s) in in-situ / sample tables

bedrock-ge Location boreholes can be shorter than the depths in the tables that are related to that Location.
This causes the interpolation of the in-situ test or sample feature geometry to become a point at the end of the Location LINESTRING.
This is how the interpolation function works now, but it really should be changed to at least warn the user.
