Warn the user when an In-Situ test at a single GI Location has waaay too many rows #45
Description
When a single GI location has very many data points for a single In-Situ test, adding a Simple Feature geometry for each row of that In-Situ test wouldn't really add much data visualization benefits, but would potentially slow down rendering a lot, if you tried to render all 3D geospatial data in a Bedrock GI geospatial database.
One example of such In-Situ test data with many data points at a single GI location is CPT data. See also #44
