I don't really remember the dataset but give me some time. I might get the source of dataset I used.

Update: lucky you I just found the final train dataset, that I made from multiple unknown datasets. You can find the dataset at https://universe.roboflow.com/satyam-mishra-gfl0c/lung-cancer-detection-afeuf. This dataset has only train split. The test and valid splits are hidden, and not for public use.

You will also find similar dataset in roboflow, that are copy of this dataset. Also, I remember havening slightly bigger dataset at that time for different iteration. You can look for more datasets in other public data sources. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
