The rc-zip-sync crate has a positioned-io feature, but actually doesn't support it

I imagine this feature was copied over from rc-zip-tokio, but actually rc-zip-sync does not seem to support RandomAccessFile.

I would suggest removing this feature from the crate to avoid confusion. Or maybe to implement it if it would offer any benefits. :)
