• ​​Sort and filter Potential Clinical Association by IPR evidence level first (if A exists ignore B)
• Mutation burden field name to be consistent with the genomic report, use Genome TMB (mut/mb): 2.00 for example.
• Rename Initial Tumour Content into Pathology Tumour Content and use 'pathology tumour content' value
• Additional VAF column (Rapid report only, not for the genomic or TGR). The formula is VAF = Alt read counts/Total read counts.​
