User story

As a user of the catalogue I want to be able to search for catalogue entries that have less than 3 characters

Describe the idea

The search will not provide results if the search term is less than 3 characters but we have datasets that are generally referred to by only 2 characters (e.g. T4) and I should be able to search by these terms and be shown results.
