Get reaction to a sent message

Context:
I am sending messages from Home Assistant in direct chat (and also a group chat) and I would like to implement for some messages, e.g. "You left home, but the coffee machine ist still on. Should I turn it off for you?", that if a user in the group is reacting with a Thumbs Up, an automation is kicked off.

However, I do not see a way to receive info on a reaction that has been added to a message. Is that poosible?

You should get that information as part of the /v1/receive endpoint
