Move to BBC NPM organisation

Hi all

Will grandstand be put into an NPM repository?
I can see it uses Bower, will this still be the case going forward, bower doesn't seem recommended anymore, and most teams seem to have already moved to npm/yarn instead.

We can't pull packages directly from github from yarn in our build job, so this is causing problems for us :(
