[Bug]: Many boost modules missing in latest version

What happened?

Boost.geometry, boost.compatibility etc are missing in BCR for 1.87.0, they only exist for 1.83.0. This seems rather odd, as some of the boost modules have been updated. And I don't believe it is advisable to mix versions of boost modules, seems like too many things can go wrong.

Currently this is a blocker for migrating from the old rules_boost for us. What could we do to help move this along?

Ideally, bcr should probably have a separate tool for generating boost library modules, to solve exactly this issue.
