missing bcr release for v0.58.0 / release automation not run?

The rules_go v0.58.0 release was tagged and announced earlier today, but hasn't shown up in the rules_go Bazel Central Registry entry.

Seems like some automation maybe didn't run?

The release didn't pass BCR tests, we'll follow up with a patch release soon.

Yeah, I'll cut a 0.58.2 release soon - fingers crossed that one works
