Continuous Plugin Fails with Single Fraction Between Numbers

Description
The continuous plugin does not seem to work as expected when there is only one fraction between the numbers. Is this the intended behavior?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up the NumberFlow component with the following configuration:

  [value]="value"
  [format]="{ notation: 'standard' }"
  [trend]="+1"
  [spinTiming]="{ duration: 1000, easing: 'ease-out' }"
  [plugins]="[continuous]"
></new-odometer>

2. Observe the behavior when the number has only one fraction between values. (eg. 210->321)

Expected Behavior
The continuous plugin should animate smoothly through all numbers even when there is only one fraction between numbers.
