Powering Pi 5

How are you powering your pi 5 without the Macarthur hat. Running BBN with a SSD and a rs485 can hat. Tried a 5v 5amp box the a buck 5amp converter with volts set at 5.1. Getting low power issues. Any recommendations greatly appreciated

I’m using tobsun ea50-5v (50w) converter.

Thanks. Tried a 5v 5amp Tobsun. Low volts. Was reading that the pi 5 need around 5.1 volts so wasn't sure the higher amp work well. Will try the higher amps one.

Btw. How can the icons be changed and moved around? For changing i.e., like to change the IP address for signalk to a different host but can't find the signalk setting.json file. Thanks.

1.33. Customizing Desktop

Desktop can be customized by editing the JavaScript files in /var/www/bbn-launcher (i.e. constants.js).

And finding a file on Linux

sudo  find  /  -name  settings.json

Not sure why would you need to change IP address.
