How can a window with two cells merged like below

For this, 2 SplitterCtrl objects should be used.

1. Create a SplitterCtrl with two cells vertically.

+-----+-----+
|           |
+-----+-----+

2. Create and place another SplitterCtrl with two cells horizontally in the bottom cell.

                  +-----------+
                  |           |
+-----+-----+     +-----+-----+
|     |     | ----|---->      |
+-----+-----+     +-----+-----+

But also MultiPaneCtrl can be used for this task. Just set the 'Hide single tab' property to it.
