Extend GUI to include technology data from DEA #14
Description
The GUI for interactively defining Balmorel geography could be extended as a full pre-processing GUI.
It would be cool to add a page that:
- Create GDATA from DEA's technology catalogue
- Allows you to define AGKN for previously defined areas (could be an easy way to make 'virtual nodes' that 'real' nodes can read AGKN from, such as LARGEAREA which would contain investment costs for large power plants, etc.)
