[Task]: Analyze capabilities of existing troubleshooting tools for ballerina

Description

Ballerina provides built-in features for troubleshooting the runtime, including the strand dump tool (https://ballerina.io/learn/strand-dump-tool/) and profiler (https://ballerina.io/learn/ballerina-profiler/). In addition, Ballerina Observability enables in-depth analysis of program performance and internal states through metrics, tracing, and logging (https://ballerina.io/learn/overview-of-ballerina-observability/).

Need to analyze capabilities of existing troubleshooting tools for ballerina and find gaps if any while implementing a comprehensive guideline on how to troubleshoot Ballerina issues.

• We already have a comprehensive guidelines for observerbility which are sufficient https://ballerina.io/learn/overview-of-ballerina-observability/
• Already have a good example of profiling a ballerina program and improving the performance of the program. How ever there were some outdated and bugs in the document. Those are fixed via Improve Ballerina Profiler page ballerina-dev-website#10150
• Profiling a ballerina sevice did not work due to [Bug]: bal profile does not works with a service #44382. Hence, this issue is blocked by [Bug]: Strand dump tool is not working #44375 and [Bug]: bal profile does not works with a service #44382
