Update dnsmasq to 2.87 to support HostOS level IPv6 blocking workaround #3433
Description
The customer requested to block IPv6 requests from the HostOS, and @mtoman found this command to be effective. Another method, such as "set ipv6.method disable" already via nmcli, didn't work out.
