I had done some experiments and changed latency from 72ms to 300ms , right now I run test with 350ms, but under testing I get pretty much same errors when alsa closes
And if i start a new audio stream, snapclient doesnt react so I have to restart snapclient service every time. |

I believe this is solved, turned out that my raspberry pi3b running as snapclient had bad wifi reception or was fighting with some esp32chip I have located nearby, at first I tried a usb wifi dongle with a realtek 8188chip, that was a real pain to trying to work, I did not succeed, after that I found a wifi extender, connected it with ethernet cable from rpi, setup it up to use ethO and voila, I have experienced NO dropouts since two days ago. other things i did along the way, upgraded my host from 10gb ram to 32gb ram, VM running snapserver and mopidy has now 8gb ram to play with, changed snapserver to stream from flac to pcm. and snapclient runs now with buffer_time:120 and fragments:20, I will play around with the numbers a little more. consensus: if you experience dropouts, start the other way first, ping your snapclient look for weird ping times and packet loss, increase your clients wifi reception, adjust snapclients buffer time and fragments. |

Hello
I am running mopidy on a virtual machine with snapserver default settings for mopidy.
and only running snapclient v31 on a RPI 3b with raspiOS with IQaudio dacHAT, since a couple month ago my snapclient fails to get chunks or there are not enough chunks for snapclient. see log below, I dont know how to get around the problem.
I have isolated the problem to the snapclient because snapcastserver runs and I can listen to music from the snapcast android APP
Here is some logs:
