Copying 'Page title combo' block doesn't work properly

In Backdrop by default, if you don't have the 'Page title combo' block in your layout the page title is displayed and positioned according to the layout's template file. If you add the 'Page title combo' block, then it overrides the layout's page title.

If, however, you try to add a copy of the 'Page title combo' block from another layout, it isn't recognised by the layout as the page title, and so the layout's page title is also added. This causes issues and the whole thing doesn't really work properly.

I'm hoping there might be a fix for this, but if not then maybe we should note that this module doesn't work when trying to copy the 'Page title combo' block...
