After G+ counter update lagging

Hello, how id understand - G+ disable counts via js, so now loading for other socials are too slow, because it try to get counts of twitter + G+, how can i disable loading? Because when I try to delete functions: ibacor_google_stumbleupon and ibacor_twitter - facebook doesnt work too.
