Set up dont-break

Since a lot of projects depend on this, it'd be a good idea to set up something like dont-break

Tried to set it up with browser-sync (one of the most used dependents) but it didn't work due to these issues: bahmutov/dont-break#43, bahmutov/dont-break#15

Was using it wrong
