Adding Terratest Unit Test to Individual Modules

Current structure has script within every individual example of the module that apply and destroys terraform modules but does not test.

Terratest can be used to write unit test for individual modules. Terratest is a Go library that makes it easier to write automated tests for your infrastructure code. These unit test will automate testing including the apply and destroy operation that's present in existing scripts.

Why Unit Test?

• Contributors can contribute and test individual modules independently adding to test coverage.
• PR workflows can be optimized to run selected test instead of running entire set of modules as here drastically reducing test time
• Workflows can be configured to run group of specific test suite.
