Module complains for "registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/azuread" requires explicit configuration

Hey , In our setup we have deployed the LZ using the terraform-caf-enterprise-scale. Now for additional deployment of resources within each platform like connectivity sub, identity sub etc we are using this terraform-azurerm-caf module.

Our CI-CD setup has github configured with Fed ID. Similar setup works for the terraform-caf-enterprise-scale module but when we ran the deployment using the terraform-azurerm-caf module it complains for the below.

Error: Invalid provider configuration

Provider "registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/azuread" requires explicit
configuration. Add a provider block to the root module and configure the
provider's required arguments as described in the provider documentation.

Authenticating using the Azure CLI is only supported as a User (not a Service
Principal).

Not sure about the reason although the az login works with no issues.
