How to move a file to the upper level dir?

why it doesn't work that simply putting ../ in -r

I need need to look at the logic that triggers the trailingpath conflict in Windows. That's where the problem lies. On Linux it all works

@mo-han You can upgrade to the latest version to try it out. It now works with relative paths.

Btw, the difference between putting ../ directly in -r vs using --target-path is that the latter is used as a root path for all files while the former is relative to each file.

I tried .. in -r before, and it always had no effect. I suppose it's not the correct usage.

but now, with the latest version, the .. in -r does work!
however, --target-dir is not the suitable way, since --target-dir .. will target to the parent dir of the CWD.
not the upper level of the source files.

e.g. the CWD is C:\Users\my.
then f2 -f "(.+\.gif)" -r "{p} gif/$1" --target-dir .. -x {target} will result in error: mkdir ..\test folder gif: Access is denied..
since the ..\test is in C:\Users.

but it's ok, --target-dir is supposed to work like this.
and now -r "..\" works correctly on windows os.
