Shortcut issue

Thank you for this nice extension.

I have posted this issue as I found some issue with your extension.

Your extension sets a shortcut 'CMD+B (I am using macOS)' to open the bookmark tree page on a new tab,
but you may know, 'cmd+b' is widely used for font 'bold' in editors such as github (including this write form!) and gmail.

Can you give us the option to change the hotkeys, or turn them off?
I'm finding this extension very useful but this shortcut issue is really inconvenient... :(
