Setting custom keybindings for user

Hi there, can you help me out to set some custom keybindings for user/
i want to change ':' to ';' for command mode
and set 'jk' to exit insert and visual mode

one more thing, i use Mac, so I couldn't figure out how to change Alt key to option. Although, i set to option in iTerm2 settings.
