Alpha support for Media Player

Hi,

Exploring ways we can integrate videos for some of our use cases. We also have a use case to play videos having alpha. Checked out Media Player, but there isn't any combination for ios & android which can support alpha channel. Additionally, support for any Compress Format & Pixel Format which supports alpha is not present.

Any ideas around this ? Or any limitations because of which this isn't supported ?

1. That's a codec thing, not a player thing.
2. There are open source alternatives such as Video Alpha Player (VAP | Tencent) but there is no official implementation in Axmol.
3. Criware uses a second alpha channel track, similar to VAP but in 2 separate files, something native to axmol could be used but it would not be a standard.

Mov Quicktime (apple only)
vp9 with pixel format yuva420p (tricky)
avif (very heavy)
