i can´t load the gui interface made by fary gui

Is the project that you linked the actual project you built and tested? The reason for this question is because of the following:

In AppDelegate.cpp, it's loading MainScene, not MainMenuScene, which is the one that contains the FairyGUI code.

If you change the code in AppDelegate to start with MainMenuScene, then the console shows you the next issue:

08:44:44:224	FairyGUI: texture 'MainMenu_atlas0.png' not found in MainMenu
08:44:44:224	Exception thrown: read access violation.

Those are obvious issues that are hard to miss. If this was a quick test project created for the sake of demonstrating the issue, then it is always a good idea to actually build it and run it yourself prior to posting it, avoiding confusion and saving time.

Look, firstly, just to point out the obvious, FairyGUI is not maintained by Axmol, so if it's not directly related to the engine, only developers familiar with using FairyGUI with Axmol may be able to help.

Regarding this specific issue, debugging the code would have pointed you the exact cause of the problem within a few seconds.

You would have had an error like this both in the UI and in the console:

15:32:31:004	Exception thrown: read access violation.
15:32:31:004	**this** was nullptr.
15:32:31:004	

Both are clear as to what the issue is. The this pointer is nullptr.

If you place a breakpoint at the location where it was crashing in MainMenuScene::init(), being this line:

GRoot::getInstance()->addChild(menuComponent);

Then, step into it to see what exactly is NULL. If you do that, then you would see this:

GRoot hasn't been created.

I find it strange that the getInstance() method is not returning a static instance (singleton), because one would assume it would be following the convention used in Cocos2d-x/Axmol, but that does not seem to be the case.

Always refer to the FairyGUI test project that is bundled with Axmol, and if you do that, you would have seen this in the code:

You will have to do the same, creating an instance of GRoot, and ensuring it is retained so it remains valid. After that, you can do any of the following, and they should all work:

or
_groot->addChild(menuComponent);
or
UIRoot->addChild(menuComponent); // UIRoot is defined in FairyGUIMacros.h
