ASTC pixel format with CCZ file compression

Is it possible to use ASTC as pixel format with pvr.ccz file generated with TexturePacker?
Is there any method to compress .astc to .astc.ccz?
The ASTC pixel format is good for RAM usage, if we can use CCZ for better file size will be very nice.

Simply use python script to add the CCZ header and use zlib compress the astc image works perfectly!
I have tested PVR RGBA4444 (using FloydSteinbergAlpha dithering), ASTC 4x4, ASTC 6x6 on physical device, ASTC 6x6 seems look better than PVR RGBA4444.

File size:
Original PNG => 871 KB
PVR_RGBA4444.pvr.ccz => 730 KB (4.7 MB before zlib compression)
ASTC_4x4.astc.ccz => 624 KB (2.4 MB before zlib compression)
ASTC_6x6.astc.ccz => 389 KB (1.1 MB before zlib compression)

Memory usage:
PVR_RGBA4444.pvr.ccz 2048 x 1151 @ 16 bpp => 4604 KB
ASTC_4x4.astc.ccz 2048 x 1151 @ 8 bpp => 2302 KB
ASTC_6x6.astc.ccz 2048 x 1151 @ 4 bpp => 1151 KB
