The IAuth expects functions for enabling and disabling users, but doesn't actually add them to the Control Plane API.
Expected Behavior
Functions for enabling and disabling users should be added to the Control Plane API.
Current Behavior
Functions for enabling and disabling users NOT added to the Control Plane API.
Reproduction Steps
Create a new SBT Control Plane and pass in an IAuth implementation.
