Todo: Python integration tests for OAuth-based servers

Similar to https://github.com/awslabs/run-model-context-protocol-servers-with-aws-lambda/issues/288, the Python end-to-end tests do not test against OAuth-based MCP servers.

Implementation is blocked on the following MCP SDK pull requests being merged:
- https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk/pull/1020
- https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk/pull/1071
