[Bug]: GStream is not working raspberry pi os trixie and USB Cam and Arducam arducam imx708

Describe the bug

Device: RasberryPi 5
OS : 13 Trixie
Camera: IMX708 / USB camera : Webcam 1080P EMEET

GStream is not working with raspberry pi os trixie. Tried with USB Cam and Arducam Imx708 separately.

Goal is I want to do the live stream camera to test page.

imx708 . These commands are livestreaming fine. So there are no issues with imx708 hardware

1.) Resolution request from https://awslabs.github.io/amazon-kinesis-video-streams-webrtc-sdk-js/examples/index.html doesn't have higher resolution options.
2.) streaming from test file working fine. ./samples/kvsWebrtcClientMasterGstSample audio-video testsrc opus h264

First time I am trying I spend lot of time to triage almost a full day in troubleshooting

Expected Behavior

gstream should work fine

gstream example not working
