How to delete application which was wrongly created?

I've accidentally created an application with the wrong name. I've structured my AWS accounts using Control Tower and copilot follows org wide and account wide policies. I'd like to delete the cloud formation stacks copilot's created but I am unable to do so. Below is a screenshot:

The errors I'm getting are related to probably user's permission and Control Tower policies. I have no idea how to fix this. Some of the errors are below:

It seems the stacks above weren't created by copilot and instead by control tower. I assume this wrongly.
