Accessing the Orthanc server on port 4242

The UI opens up as expected, but any service messages I send to port 4242 aren't being received. Should these be passed through the xxx.cloudfront.net address (which looks like it is only set up to accept http requests), or is there a different target I need to use?

Hi! Apologies for the late response, I was on holiday. You're right, that's something I overlooked by accident, I'll work on this asap. Thanks for the report! In case you managed to figure out a solution already, please feel free to open a pull request!

Hi Tamas, many thanks for the response. I solved it manually within our environment, but haven't updated the CDK. Our solution was to create a Network Load Balancer against the OrthancService that is listening on port 4242.
