[Feature Request] Add Taking Meeting Minutes Use Case

As a customer, I need to invoke workflow and switch use cases multiple times to take meeting minutes. I observe that taking meeting minutes is one of the most frequent use cases for customers. Considering its necessity, I believe the current experience has space to optimize.

Provide a consolidated user interface for the meeting minute taking use case.

Candidate solutions

1. Add "Workflows" section to improve accessibility

As a customer, I need to launch taking meeting minute worfkflow from "Use Case Integration" section in home screen. And this section is located bottom of the page that is hard to find out.

As a solution, add "Workflows" section to the navigation menu to improve the accessibility.

2. Add "Taking Meeting Minutes" use case independently

As a customer, I need to switch use cases multiple times to completion. To streamline the overall work, independent use case is preferable.

As a solution, add "Taking Meeting Minutes" use case as a new one. Here is the rough draft image by referring recent services.

I expect this use case will be effective demonstration for Amazon Nova Sonic if it supports Japanese (For now, we need Transcribe + Bedrock for accurate transcription).
