AWS provider v6.0.0 deprecations

Review the deprecations and updates from v6.0.0 version of AWS provider and incorporate them.

This is an issue right now because it doesn't work with aws provider 6.0.0

@ichtar Can you list what issues you are facing as I was targeting only deprecations which shouldn't block execution or usage ?

I see the inference_accelerator attribute on the ecs module.
